FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 18, 2026) — Jamecia Robinson receives a Length of Service certificate celebrating 10 years of service from Cmdr. An All Hands is similar to a meeting or gathering to pass the more important information and recognize Sailors for their contributions to the team.
