U.S. Navy Sailors conduct visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) maneuvers with a rigid-hull inflatable boat near Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) during VBSS boat operations while underway in the Indian Ocean, Sept. 15, 2026.
