PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY, KEKAHA, HAWAII (Sept. 10, 2026) - U.S. Congresswoman, Jill Tokuda speaks with base personnel about hurricane recovery efforts at the Public Works office at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). PMRF welcomed U.S. Rep. Jill Tokuda, who represents Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District, Sept. 10, 2026, for a visit focused on the installation’s recovery following Hurricane Lowell. During the visit, Rep. Tokuda toured the base to see storm-damaged facilities and recovery efforts firsthand. She met with Sailors, PMRF’s local workforce, and PMRF Commanding Officer Capt. Robert Prince, who provided updates on storm impacts, recovery operations, and mission readiness. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain test and training range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
