Senior Enlisted Leaders from U. S. Space Forces Combat Forces Command (CFC) gather at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Aug. 17, 2026. The group was briefed on the new Guardian First-Line Supervisor Course, which is being introduced to prepare CFC's enlisted force for an expected influx of new personnel. The week-long course—soon to be required for all Specialist 4s in the command— will equip up-and-coming leaders with everything from core leadership principles to practical administrative troubleshooting.
