The team helped keep BACH’s workforce strong through a year of significant change, supporting more than 2,000 civilian and military personnel while navigating hiring restrictions, workforce restructuring and organizational realignment. Their efforts helped maintain staffing, support employee recognition and ensure continuity of healthcare operations.

Ramos led BACH’s Military Human Resources team through a demanding year, supporting thousands of personnel actions, evaluations, awards and customer interactions while developing innovative tools and processes that improved efficiency across Army Medicine. His leadership and commitment to Soldiers, civilians and the mission made a lasting impact on the organization.
While the award may recognize one selection, these nominees represent the dedication, expertise and teamwork that keep Army Medicine moving forward.
