    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz, the 20th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, is greeted by U.S. Army Col. Lance Awbrey, chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation, U.S. Embassy Panama City, Panama, Sept. 15, 2026.
