A large group of people dressed uniformly in black t-shirts and black shorts are running together along a two-lane road in what appears to be a organized group run or physical training event. Two individuals lead the formation at the front, with dozens of participants stretching back along the road. The setting appears to be a semi-rural area with trees, grass, and utility poles visible alongside the road.
