U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Raymond LemMon, 81st Civil Engineer Squadron fire fighter, accepts a certificate with 81st Training Wing leadership, 81st Mission Support Group leadership and Airmen during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Sept. 10, 2026. She ensures that the military training flight has the necessary supplies and equipment to provide patient care. Often working behind the scenes, she is responsible for the execution of $57 million in medical, dental, laboratory and pharmaceutical supplies, equipping 30 clinics, 60 medical services, five graduate medical residencies and seven enlisted phase II training programs. Neale led a no-notice medical response cargo transfer that enabled the seamless deployment of a 16-member ground surgical team for a high-priority, two-week Vice-Presidential support mission. She mitigates the medical supply recall program and led the brand-new Defense Health Agency enterprise modernization for LogiCole’s web-based procurement platform.
