    U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Kyle King, an artillery officer and branch head of Human Performance Branch, Training and Standards Division, Training and Education Command, is recognized as the Marine Corps 2025 Male Athlete of the Year at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Sept. 15, 2026. King has been a member of the All-Marine Running Team for 10 years and has won the Marine Corps Marathon in 2022, 2024 and 2025, most recently finishing with a time of 2:18:52.
