BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei - A U.S. Navy Sailor assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 3 conducts an underwater navigation technology subject matter expert exchange with the Royal Brunei Navy during exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2026, Sept. 15, 2026.
