    81st Training Wing

    U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Raymond LemMon, 81st Civil Engineer Squadron fire fighter, accepts a certificate with 81st Training Wing leadership, 81st Mission Support Group leadership and Airmen during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Sept. 10, 2026. He directly helped manage the unit's $100,000 hazmat suit program, conducting rigorous inspections that validate critical life-saving equipment and guarantee emergency response readiness. LemMon directed a physical training station for the Second Air Force Leaders Training Conference, safely leading 34 command team members and reinforcing the numbered Air Force's warrior culture. Committed to his professional development, he rapidly advanced through his upgrade training by completing all rookie book requirements and finishing two sets of Career Development Courses with an 86% average.
