    U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground Commander Col. Charles Seaberry (left) attended the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce’s Mega Mixer on September 11, 2026, where Chamber Director Ben Smithwick (right, on stage) introduced him to attendees. Seaberry thanked the crowd for Yuma’s staunch support of the military and previewed the large public open house YPG has scheduled for February 19, 2028.
