Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics CEO John Ayoub accepts a symbolic check from USDA Rural Development State Director for South Dakota Lorraine Polak. The hospital recently completed an expansion and remodel of the facility thanks in part to a Rural Development investment of nearly $41.5 million through the Community Facilities Direct Loan and Guaranteed Loan programs.
