    NUUK, Greenland (Aug. 31, 2026) – Royal Canadian Navy Rear Adm. David Mazur (second from left), Vice Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, discusses Arctic security with Danish, French and Canadian leadership on the bridge of the French Navy’s coastal patrol vessel FS Fulmar (P 740) during a distinguished visitor day at the conclusion of the Canadian-led exercise Operation NANOOK TUUGAALIK. During the visit, Mazur reviewed navigational charts and environmental challenges of operating at sea in the region.
