    Brig. Gen. Patrick M. Costello, commanding general of the Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill, administers the oath of reenlistment to Cpl. Tiffany Stevens during Fort Sill’s 9/11 Remembrance Run on Sept. 11, 2026, at McNair Hall. The reenlistment opened the 25th anniversary observance honoring those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and the service and sacrifice that followed.
