A C-17 Globemaster III sits parked on the flight line after downloading vehicles and supplies during an airlift mission, July 26, 2013, at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. The C-17 is capable of rapid strategic and tactical delivery of troops and any type of cargo to main operating and forward operating bases in Afghanistan.
