    U.S. Army Capt. Dakota Van Brocklin, commander of the 165th Quartermaster Company, presents a gift to retired U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Theodore R. Scott III during Scott’s retirement ceremony at Clay National Guard Center in Marietta, Georgia, Sept. 13, 2026. Van Brocklin thanked Scott for his support of the 165th, the Georgia Army National Guard’s last remaining airborne unit, and for enabling the company to conduct numerous airborne operations and aerial delivery missions during his tenure.
