    U.S. Air Force Airmen with the 188th Medical Group conduct a HELO exercise in cooperation with the Arkansas Army National Guard’s 77th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade utilizing a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas on Sep. 13, 2026. The objective of the exercise was to execute and complete mission-essential tasks while ensuring proficiency in multiple modes of patient transportation, including helicopter operations, as well as to strengthen inter-service relationships to work together more effectively in the future.
