    JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. — U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Yvonne L. Mays, the adjutant general of New Jersey, addresses Airmen assigned to the New Jersey Air National Guard during a mobilization and demobilization ceremony here Sept. 11, 2026.
