    A recently relocated monument to the victims of 9/11 and subsequent Global War on Terrorism serves as the backdrop to a remembrance ceremony on the twenty-fifth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks at the Department of Military Affairs in Madison, Wisconsin, Sept. 11, 2026.
