A formal U.S. Air Force change of command or promotion ceremony is taking place in front of a large American flag. Two officers are exchanging salutes while a female airman holds a unit guidon/flag with streamers, and a fourth officer stands at attention to the right. The setting includes leather chairs on a stage, suggesting an official military ceremony.
