    8th Theater Sustainment Command

    U.S. Army chaplain (Cpt.) James Keanu, the chaplain for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 8th Special Troops Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, gives an invocation during a Change of Responsibility ceremony for the company, on Fort Shafter, Hawaii, Sept. 1, 2026. 1st Sgt. Antonio Rodriguez, the outgoing senior enlisted advisor of HHC, 8th STB, 130th Eng. Bde., 8th TSC, relinquished his responsibility to 1st Sgt. Wade Anderson, the incoming senior enlisted advisor of HHC, 8th STB, 130th Eng. Bde., 8th TSC. The passing of the unit colors is a time-honored tradition that represents not only the heritage and history of the unit, but also the unity and loyalty of its Soldiers.
