Sobocinski, the historian assigned to U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), recalls his memories while working as an intern at BUMED during a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at Defense Health Headquarters, Sept. 11. The event was held to observe the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, honoring the victims, first responders, and service members who sacrificed their lives.
