    PEARL HARBOR (July 28, 2026) - Builder 3rd Class Steven Olmos, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Waterfront Construction Company (WCC) 3-2, cuts a wooden mooring pile using a chainsaw from a floating platform during pier restoration operations in support of exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026.
