1st Lt. Evan J. Howard, a Dayton, Ohio native and the officer in charge of the Plate Carrier Collection Point Warehouse from the 371st Sustainment Brigade gives a tour of the warehouse to Lt. Col. Mark A. Raaker, a Pataskala, Ohio native and the battalion commander of the 371st Special Troops Battalion, 371st SB at the Manas Transit Center, Kyrgyzstan on Aug. 1, 2013. The warehouse has served over 15,000 personnel since the 371st SB took over operations on June 17, 2013.
