A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are seated in rows of chairs in what appears to be a briefing room or auditorium. The foreground subject, wearing a distinctive camouflage pattern with a flag patch (yellow, black, red - consistent with Romanian, Belgian, or German colors), is taking notes in a notebook. The setting suggests a formal military briefing, training session, or conference.

Romanian Maj. Silviu Ilișanu, commander of the 348th Air Defense Artillery Battalion, NATO Forward Land Forces (FLF) Battle Group-Poland, listens to a joint training meeting with the Polish 15th Mechanized Brigade at Bemowo Piskie Training Area (BPTA), Poland, on Sept. 9, 2026. BPTA hosts the NATO FLF Battle Group–Poland, one of V Corps’ ready forces in Europe. The battle group works in close partnership with the Polish 15th Mechanized Brigade, frequently conducting multinational exercises and unit-level training at BPTA. Through these collaborative forums, professional relationships, and shared training, the battle group and its Polish partners build collective vigilance, lethality, and interoperability.
