Two U.S. military officers are engaged in conversation inside what appears to be a naval vessel or military facility. The officer on the left is wearing a U.S. Navy tan/khaki uniform and appears to be briefing or explaining something, while the officer on the right is wearing U.S. Marine Corps MARPAT camouflage uniform with general officer rank insignia. The setting appears to be a confined operational space with equipment, cabinets, and overhead utilities visible.
