    U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Andre M. Ingram, commanding general, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, gives a thumbs up during an aerial tour of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River, MCAS Cherry Point and surrounding areas, Sept. 9, 2026.
