(Aug. 11, 2026) Hull Technician 2nd Class Richard Coy, assigned to Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity (SIMA) Norfolk, instructs Sailors on gasket installation during a Watertight Closures Maintenance Training (WCMT) course.
