    U.S. Airmen from four different installations attend Emergency Management Battlefield Expeditionary Response training at the 163d Regional Training Site, March Air Reserve Base, Calif., Sept. 1, 2026. Emergency managers from several units across the Air Force came together for training through a series of civil engineer specialty courses such as tactical vehicle operations, reconnaissance and surveillance, and land navigation.
