Ruiz, the 20th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, gathers for a photo with Marines from the Marine Detachment Fort Lee, Training Command, during the Houston Holicky Sitter (HHS) Veterans Forum, Richmond, Virginia, Sept. 8, 2026.
