FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (September 2, 2026) – Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Navy Housing staff received the CEL & Associates Platinum A-List Award for Excellence September 2, 2026 outside the Main Housing Service Center. The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) partnered award is determined purely by tenant survey data rather than an internal committee selection after a Navy housing community or barracks facility meets two specific thresholds during the annual survey cycle: an overall service satisfaction index score of 93.9 or higher (out of 100) and meet a minimum response rate of at least 20% of eligible tenants to ensure statistical validity evaluating operational factors including responsiveness to maintenance requests, management communication, staff professionalism, property condition, and readiness to resolve tenant issues.
