    The Adjutant General for the State of Hawaii Maj. Gen. Stephen F. Logan addresses the Hawaii National Guard Joint Staff during Hurricane Lowell storm preparations, Honolulu, Hawaii, Sept. 7, 2026. In preparation for Hurricane Lowell, the HING has pre-positioning personnel, equipment and high-wheeled vehicles on Kauai and are ready to respond as requests are received.
