A rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) is being hoisted by a davit crane alongside a gray naval warship at sea. Several personnel are visible aboard the small boat during what appears to be a boat recovery or launch operation. The ship's superstructure, bridge wings, and hull are prominently visible on the right side of the frame.
