U.S. Navy Builder 1st Class Charles Cash, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, uses a multi-tool to conduct a tap test on tile to check for proper adhesion during a Pacific Partnership 2026 engineering line of effort project at Babagon Toki Primary School in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, Aug. 21, 2026. Now in its 22nd iteration, the Pacific Partnership series is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster management preparedness mission conducted in the region.
