A group of U.S. Marines in MARPAT woodland digital camouflage uniforms are gathered outdoors near a white tent structure. The central figure, identified by a name tape reading 'WATSON,' appears to be a senior officer with two stars visible on the collar, indicating the rank of Major General. He is engaged in a face-to-face conversation with another Marine whose back is to the camera.
