    U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Kevin Ortega, assigned to Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 37th Armored Regiment, NATO Forward Land Forces (FLF) Battle Group-Poland, inserts a magazine into the L85A3 assault rifle during the march and shoot phase of the British Exercise Masurian Patrol at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland, on Sept. 2, 2026. Exercise Masurian Patrol was conducted by B Squadron of the British Army’s Light Dragoons from Sept. 1-3. U.S., British, and Polish soldiers competed in squad-level tasks and drills.
