U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, begins levee repairs, Aug. 27, 2026, funded under Public Law 84-99 (PL 84-99), which authorizes USACE to repair or restore eligible flood risk reduction works damaged by recent flooding.
