Two military personnel in MARPAT desert camouflage uniforms are engaged in close-quarters combat training on a sandy beach. One individual wearing camouflage face paint has the other in a ground grappling position, consistent with Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) training. A third uniformed individual observing in the background suggests this is a supervised training exercise.
