A Civil Air Patrol Cessna aircraft with tail number N753CP is parked on a tarmac in front of a hangar. The aircraft is painted in the distinctive Civil Air Patrol livery of blue, white, and red with the organization's shield emblem visible on the fuselage. A Civil Air Patrol Cessna 182 Skylane taxis along the flight line at Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base, August 22, 2026 in Salt Lake City. Aerial imagery provides critical insight for disaster response planning and mitigation, particularly in the aftermath of an earthquake. In August, for Exercise Red Iguana, a joint effort between the Utah National Guard and Civil Air Patrol gave leaders a clearer view of how aerial capabilities can support communities during a real-world emergency.
