Thomas Asher, 264th Medical Battalion combat medic, makes adjustments to his iron sights of an M4 carbine to zero in his rifle during the Medical Center of Excellence 2026 Best of the Best competition at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas, Sept. 1, 2026 for a “Stress Shoot” event.
