    Cyber Warfare Technician 1st Class Nicholas Moyer, assigned to U.S. Fleet Cyber Command, Navy Space Command and U.S. 10th Fleet, has his waist measured during a chief petty officer (CPO) selectee uniform fitting at the Navy Exchange in Annapolis, Maryland, Aug. 27, 2026. CPO selectee uniform fittings are part of a six-week CPO initiation season where they undergo comprehensive training, mentorship and traditions to prepare them for the duties, responsibilities and leadership expectations of a Navy chief. FCC/NAVSPACE/C10F is responsible for Navy information network operations, offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, space operations and signals intelligence.
