    Tracy Frost, Director, Technology Innovation for the Industrial Base (TIIB), Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW R&E), spoke at a ceremony honoring individual achievements at the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Department of War Manufacturing Technology Program (ManTech). The achievement awards took place at the Pentagon's Hall of Heroes, August 10, 2026.

    An earlier 70th Anniversary commemoration was held at the Pentagon auditorium where ManTech recognized the best of the best from previous years' winners of the Defense Manufacturing Technology Achievement Award.
