    26th Marine Expeditionary Unit     

    U.S. Marines and a Navy Hospital Corpsman support a simulated casualty during an Expeditionary Operations Training Group mass casualty course, at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 1, 2026. The course was designed to train 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit Health Service Support personnel in order to prepare the unit for potential mass casualty response while conducting operations abroad.
