    After the All Hands, NOTU Commanding Officer Capt. Doug Pratt issues out a call for “Leadership Push-ups.” All of NOTU’s sailors immediately got into the push-up position to await the captain’s commands. Several of the civilian workforce voluntarily joined in. Once everyone was in the push-up position, Pratt began shouting out 14 leadership principles and with each principles came another push-up.
