    75th Field Artillery Brigade

    U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 4th Field Artillery Regiment (2-4th FAR), 75th Field Artillery Brigade (75th FAB), participate in the Multiple Launch Rocket System Artillery Table VI qualification by providing Role 1 medical care at Fort Sill, Oklahoma on Aug. 26, 2026. The Role 1 medic is the first medical provider on the battlefield, responsible for immediate lifesaving care, stabilization, and initiating evacuation to higher‑level medical facilities.
