Two workers are performing what appears to be water pumping or drainage operations on a grassy area, likely on a military installation or institutional campus. One worker in military camouflage uniform and white hard hat is handling a blue hose connected to a pump, while a second worker in civilian clothes with a green hard hat is bent over working in the background. Brick institutional buildings and a parking lot with vehicles are visible in the background.
