    A U.S. Marine assigned to 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, stands to receive recognition during a lance corporal leadership and ethics seminar graduation aboard Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) off the coast of California, Aug. 28, 2026.
