The Geary County Historical Society unveiled a new exhibit for 2017 — the Year of the Soldier. On display are artifacts such as Brig. Gen. Andy Seitz, former 1st Infantry Division commander, uniform, pictures and certificates. Currently, the museum is concluding a display on the inauguration of President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1953 titled “He Didn’t Wear a Top Hat.”
