Lt. Col. Margaret St. Pierre, the Maine National Guard's current state public affairs officer, inducted Lt. Col. CJ Lamb, a former state public affairs officer, into the Military Order of Saint Gabriel during a ceremony at Camp Chamberlain in Augusta, Maine, Aug. 13, 2026. Lamb was recognized for five years of distinguished service to the Army public affairs community and for his contributions to strategic communication, media engagement and public outreach during his tenure as the Maine National Guard State Public Affairs Officer. The Military Order of Saint Gabriel is a prestigious professional military honor recognizing exceptional achievement and distinguished service in the field of public affairs.
